How are you positioning yourself?  How are you presenting yourself?

I see a lot of entrepreneurs who are:

  • trying to create their own website;
  • trying to create their own marketing materials;
  • struggling to create packages and pricing yourself;

It’s critical that you do certain things to set yourself up as an expert.   And this is what I mean by positioning yourself.

Positioning can mean a few different things.  Several years ago, positioning equated with charging a higher fee and the more one on one access you gave your clients, the higher your fee should be.

Be careful with this because I found that some people felt alienated when I positioned myself like this.

You may already be trying to position yourself as an expert but there are some things you may not have thought of.
