TIPS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING DURING QUARANTINE & BEYOND:
SECOND: It’s probably time you started your OWN group on FB and then go invite people into groups that YOU RUN and then do videos inside YOUR groups to educate them, share your story, your tips, etc. – that is the better way to promote yourself and your services.
THIRD: Private messaging people is a great way to take the conversation to the next stage. It’s like walking up to someone after a live in person networking event and asking if they’d like to schedule a follow up call with you. Then you take it OFF Fb even to a phone call where you can see if or how you can help each other. Just remember to mention in the comments of the post you see them on to tell them that you’re private messaging them so they know to go look for it, because if you’re not yet “friends” on FB then you’ll most likely show up in their “other folder” or “Spam folder”. FYI

**NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS PAGE POSTS BY THE WAY… DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OVER THERE UNLESS YOU PLAN ON SPENDING MONEY WITH FB TO RUN ADS WHICH YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO IF YOU DO THE ABOVE 3 THINGS.
However… IF in fact people are going to your pages, commenting over there, etc. THEN of course pay attention, watch your notifications over there to make sure to engage. It’s just that the majority of business pages are NOT being seen much at all, even if people liked them, they have not been going back. With that being said, many people are online now more than ever so watch your notifications, post but don’t spend time over there unless people are ‘engaging’. Spend time with people in groups and on your personal pages where they are engaging – that will bring you the best ROI with your time right now.
